Description

MAPPILLAI SAMBA CLASSIC is a premix made using unpolished red rice, black gram, fenugreek, red rice flakes, pink salt.

The red rice is carefully washed, soaked for 8 hours, and solar-dried before packing -preserving nutrition and authenticity.

The premix can be used to make instant Dosa, Idly, Thepla, Thalipeeth, baatis and many other Indian dishes.
