LITTLE MILLET MASALA is a premix made using unpolished little millet, black gram, fenugreek, little millet flakes, dried onion, dried ginger flakes, black pepper, turmeric, pink salt.
The millet is carefully washed, soaked for 8 hours, and solar-dried before packing -preserving nutrition and authenticity.
The premix can be used to make instant Dosa, Idly, Thepla, Thalipeeth, baatis and many other Indian dishes.
