Add some spark to your morning with this energizing blend of Brnyrd millet, soft raisins, crunchy chia & pumpkin seeds packed with the powerhouse of vibrant pink real beetroot powder.
Instant Version
- Cut and pour satchet content in a bowl or jar.
- Add about 1 cup of milk (plain milk/almond milk/coconut milk/soya milk).
- Cover and keep it aside for 4-5 minutes.
- Little millet will become soft and absorb all liquid.
- Add more liquid milk) if you want it to be runny.
Notes:
- Chia seeds will remain crunchy in instant version.
- Add slightly warm liquid (milk) to soften chia seeds and pumpkin seeds.
- Try the mix with fresh orange juice or coconut water for a different taste.
Overnight Version:
- Cut and pour satchet content in a bowl or jar.
- Add about 1 cup of milk (plain milk/almond milk/coconut milk/soya milk).
- Refrigerate overnight or for atleast 5-6 hours to get the benefits of soaked grains and seeds.
- Take out the jar/bowl next morning and leave it aside to come to normal room temperature (in chilly mornings, but you will love the chilled version during hot days)
- Add more liquid/milk to your liking and enjoy a healthy meal.
