Ingredients- Beetroot powder, raw banana, pumpkin seeds, little millet, roasted chana, cardamom
BERA is a healthy take on our traditional drink Sattu. Roasted chana powder is perked up with beetroot powder, raw banana powder, pumkkin seeds nutricereal (little millet) to make a peppy drink.
BERA is all-natural and helps balancing the nutritional requirement of the body.

Ways to eat BERA;
- Health Drink
Instant Health Drink – Take 2 tbsp of BERA in a glass, add 1 cup of warm milk/water/plant-based milk. Combine well without any lumps. Enjoy your healthy drink.
Health Drink- Take 2 tbsp. of BERA a pan. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously. Enjoy.
Porridge – Take 2 tbsp of BACH in a pan, add 1/2 cup milk or water and cook for 2 minutes till it turns into creamy porridge. Eat it warm or cold.
Smoothie – Take 2 tbsp. BACH in a blender, add 1 small ripe banana/apple/strawberry, ½ cup of cold milk/plant-based milk and blend.
Note ; BERA is completely sugar-free and salt-free product. You can add sweetener of your choice if you wish.
Other Uses – cake, cookies, halwa, ladoos, pancakes, crepes, rotis etc.
