SATTU TWIST

Ingredients – Roasted chana, unpolished Little millet, black salt, cumin, mint, Himlayan pink salt, spray dried lemon powder.

TURMILLATTE

Ingredients – Unpolished Little millet, roasted chana, almonds, rolled oats, turmeric, pepper, ginger, cardamom.

CHOCOLATTE

Ingredients – Unpolished Little millet, natural cocoa powder, roasted chana, almonds, wholegrain rolled oats.

BERA

Ingredients- Beetroot powder, raw banana, pumpkin seeds, little millet, chickpea (chana dal), cardamom.

1. Plain Sattu

Add 3 tbsp. Sattu Twist in a glass of cold water, and mix thoroughly to make a delicious, tangy, and spicy drink.

2. Buttermilk Sattu

Add 2-3 tbsp Sattu in a glass of cold buttermilk and enjoy a refreshing pre and probiotic drink.

Tips;

Use ice cold water or ice cubes for best taste.

3 ways make;

1. Turmilatte milk

Add 1 tsp Turmillate mix to your favorite milk (we prefer plant-based coconut, almond or cashew milk), add jiggery to taste.

2. Chocolatte Café’

Add ½ tsp of coffee powder to your Chocolatte to give you that extra energy boost.

3. Plain Chocolatte

Add 2 tsp. of Chocolatte in warm water, add jiggery to taste mix well and enjoy. This is good for those who wish to avoid any kind of milk in their drink.

Make it as a hot comforting chocolate drink or use ice cubes and cold milk for a chilled chocolaty drink.

3 ways to make;

1. Instant Health Drink – Take 2 tbsp of BERA in a glass, add 1 cup of warm milk/water/plant-based milk. Combine well without any lumps. Enjoy your healthy drink.

2. Cooked Health DrinkTake 2 tbsp. of BERA a pan. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously. Cooking will make it thick in consistency.

3. Porridge – Take 2 tbsp of BACH in a pan, add 1/2 cup milk or water and cook for 2 minutes till it turns into creamy porridge. Eat it warm or cold.

4. Smoothie – Take 2 tbsp. BACH in a blender, add 1 small ripe banana/apple/strawberry, ½ cup of cold milk/plant-based milk and blend.
