Healthy Minor Millet Meals during Pandemic

When you are giving, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. Keep your charity a secret.

But there are times when it is better to do it publicly, doing so it may encourage others to follow suit and extend their support to the cause.

We have been preparing & sharing some simple food (for free) for those who are struggling to make a meal during this pandemic, for some time now.

We are doing our best to reach out to people and help, but due to other commitments and minimum resources we can only cater to a small number of meal request every day.

These are the few healthy breakfast & dinner dishes we prepare at home and deliver (third party) to those in need.

Do reach out and we will respond.

Notes; You can also try out some of our OGMO Foods cook-free products, if you are unable to cook or wish to avoid cooked food from outside. These products are made with wholegrain and many other super foods and are completely devoid of any preservatives or artificial flavours.

Our small ways of making someone smile!

It started off last year when we sent our cook-free mixes to some of our friends & acquaintances during pandemic.

From then, we have been receiving many enquiries to prep the food (OGMO) and deliver. And that is how we created a very simple, wholesome and nutritious menu of just 5-6 dishes for breakfast and dinner.

Sent to a couple who tested positive.

Eliminate the fear, empower yourself. Build immunity and heal yourself.

The current crisis calls for renewed focus on eating right and to boost our immune system. Medicines can’t fix our immune system, but our lifestyle and what we eat can.

When the body is combating an infection, it becomes more important to fuel it with right nutrients.

According to Harvard Medical school, include more citrus fruits, spices (ginger, turmeric), foods rich in zinc, magnesium, Omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and probiotic-rich foods to speed up the process of recovery and to strengthen the immunity back.

India is going through a tough time. This is the time to show kindness and love for our fellow citizens and help each other.  And one of the most important things you can do during this crisis is to let people know they are not alone.

Please step forward, reach out, and help.

Recover soon and stay strong India!
