OGMO Banana Chocolate with orange twist

OGMO Banana Chocolate with citrusy twist.

Step 1; Cut and pour OGMO Banana Chocolate in a bowl

Step 2; Add just enough milk (or mylk) to soak the content and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes (for instant treat) or refrigerate it overnight (for next day).

Step 3; Grate the outer part of an orange. Add about 1/2 tsp. (or more if you like orange zest) in the bowl and enjoy.

PS; add orange juice from the same orange to you bowl and make it more refreshing.

Add any fruit or nuts.

OGMO Mango Cranberry with tender coconut water

OGMO Mango Cranberry with tender coconut water will make you feel you are on a tropical vacation!

This simple and healthy recipe is made with just tender coconut water as liquid base.

How to Prep;

Step 1; Cut and pour content in a bowl

Step 2; Add tender coconut water, just enough to cover the content. Leave it aside for 15-20 minutes (for instant food) or leave it overnight in fridge (for next day).

Step 3; Enjoy a healthy breakfast or snack. Add pieces of pineapple or any fruit and a few roasted cashew nuts for extra taste.

OGMO Banana Chocolate with almond milk

Make this delicious, healthy and cook-free breakfast which is;

Vegan

Dairy free

Gluten free

Almond milk makes OGMO mixes much more creamier than the normal plain milk. 

PS; You might need to add extra sweetness to it as we have kept the sweetness to minimum level.

One pack can easily serve 2, as the rich almond mylk converts it into a quite filling and nourishing meal. 

 

Step 1; Cut OGMO Banana Chocolate sachet and pour into a bowl.

Step 2; Add almond mylk just to cover the content (you can add extra mylk later also) and let it stand for 15-20 minutes.

Step 3; Stir it well and enjoy!

Ps; Add fruits or nuts of your choice.

Overnight Oats; Place the covered bowl in refrigerator for 6-7 hours or overnight and enjoy a healthy breakfast the next day!

OGMO Millet Raabdi – Instant healthy lunch or brunch recipe

Millet Raabdi

OGMO Millet Raabdi is a savory mix loaded with the goodness of wholegrain minor millet flakes, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, cumin powder, pepper powder and a dash of Himalayan salt. 

The mix can be used to prepare instant breakfast or can be soaked overnight for much healthier meal. 

PS; Salt level is kept to the minimum to make them a healthy food. You may need to add extra salt according to your taste. 

One sachet will easily serve 2-3 people if grated vegetables are also added in it. 


Make this instant healthy meal with any leftover or fresh sabji.

Step 1; Cut and add content in a bowl.

Step 2; Add one cup of plain water and let it stand for 2 minutes.

Step 3. Fluff up the soaked millet and add cooked sabji (I added dry carrot sabji or poriyal with coconut in it).

Enjoy a healthy quick meal anytime or anywhere!

 

OGMO Millet Raabdi – An instant savoury treat with vegetables

Millet Raabdi

Make this healthy and refreshing meal in a minute.

How to prep;

  1. Cut sachet and pour content in a bowl
  2. Add 1 cup of plain water and let it soak for 2 minutes.
  3. Add a tablespoon of fresh yogurt or curd and mix well.
  4. Grate one carrot and chop a small piece of cucumber and tomato.
  5. Garnish with vegetales and enjoy.

PS; One sachet will serve for 2-3 persons. 

You may need to add extra salt to Millet Raabdi, as we have kept the salt level to minimum making it a healthy option.

Try this delicious Beet Raisin combo with Mango puree or aamras this summer.

PS;  We have kept the sweetness level to minimum to make OGMO mixes more helathy. You can add more sweet in your mix to your liking. 

Add any liquid or milk and refrigerate overnight. Take it out the next morning.
Add mango puree or homemade Aam ras and mix well.
Add more fruits if you wish and enjoy your healthy chilled bowl of power breakfast.

Savory Millet Raabdi

Summer food needs to effortless, refreshing and light. OGMO’s savory Millet Raabdi is perfect to beat the heat this summer.

Make it more healthier and delicious by following the steps below.

PS; We have kept the salt level minimum to make these mixes a healthier option. Add more salt to your liking.

Each pack is good eough to make 2-3 servings of meal.

Add 1 cup of water and 1 tsp curd to Millet Raabdi in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. Take it out the next morning.
Add more water and fresh curd to your liking.
Add more salt, cumin and pepper powder if you wish.
Garnish with grated carrots, and fruits of your choice and serve chilled,

Millet Raabdi

It is like waking up to a refreshing morning with comforting flavors of Indian spices (cumin & pepper), crunchy super-seed mix and creamy curd to round out the flavor.

Millet Raabdi –  The name ‘Raabdi‘ should not be confused with ‘Rabdi‘ which is a sweet dish of North India.

Raabdi is a traditional savory porridge from Rajasthan made with pearl millet and sour curd.

OGMO Millet Raabdi has one of the healthy millet variety as the base – Little millet (Samai) and is flavored with cumin powder, black pepper powder. The savory mix is also power packed with super seeds such as Chia and pumpkin seeds.

OGMO mixes are amazing, but here’s is a way to convert them for an even easier breakfast or anytime snack!

This smoothie comes together in just minutes.

It’s a meal you can drink on the go!

You can make it both ways, instant and overnight meal.

Instant Millet Raabdi Smoothie: 

(serve 2)

  1. Cut and pour satchet content in a bowl or jar.
  2. Add about 1 cup of plain water.
  3. Cover and keep it aside for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Little millet will become soft and absorb all liquid.
  5. Add 4-5 teaspoons of fresh curd/yogurt and stir well.
  6. Blend the content in a high power blender into fine paste. Add water to adjust consistency.

Notes:

  • Chia seeds will remain crunchy in instant version.
  • Add slightly warm liquid to soften chia seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Millet Raabdi Overnight Smoothie:

Refrigerate the content with jar overnight.

Take it out next morning and blend. Adjust consistency by adding more water or buttermilk in it.

  1. Cut and pour satchet content in a bowl or jar.
  2. Add about 1 cup of plain water and a teaspoon of curd/yogurt.
  3. Refrigerate overnight or for atleast 5-6 hours to get the benefits of soaked grains and seeds. 
  4. Take out the jar/bowl next morning and leave it aside to come to normal room temperature (in chilly mornings, but you will love the chilled version during hot days)
  5. Add more liquid and fresh curd to your liking and enjoy a healthy meal.

Serving suggestions;

  • Adjust the consistency by adding more water or buttermilk.
  • You can always add some homemade goodness by topping them with more seasonal vegetables (grated carrots, cucumber), nuts, and fresh curd before serving.
  • Give your Millet Raabdi an Indian touch by adding a Tadka of mustard seeds and chopped onion.
  • Cold or warm; You can eat them cold or warm by microwaving them for 30-60 seconds before eating.
  • You can prepare several servings of OGMO meal and refrigerate. They stay good for 5-7 days in refrigerator.
  • Pack it as a healthy lunchbox to your office or school.
